Information submitted

The form may contain name, company or property, work email, phone, ZIP code, property type, equipment type, timing, decision role, and operational context. The purpose is to evaluate a commercial rooftop-unit request. Marketing calls and texts are outside the consent.

Security and delivery

• Client and server validation, commercial-property and DFW screening, honeypot, minimum fill time, payload limit, and rate limit
• Origin and CSRF checks before validation or delivery
• Operational logs contain a request identifier, outcome, code, and field names only; submitted values are not written to logs
• Delivery goes only to the operator's configured internal mailbox. V1 does not automatically transfer a request to an HVAC contractor or recommendation service.

Analytics

Analytics is not enabled in this temporary launch. No measurement identifier is configured, so the site sends no analytics events.
